Archita is an accomplished Physiotherapist with over 15 years of international experience across academic, hospital, and clinical settings. Archita is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a Certified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, with a special interest in pelvic health and helping individuals improve their function, mobility, and quality of life. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor, Aerobics/Group Fitness Instructor, and Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Instructor, which complements her holistic, movement-focused approach to physiotherapy.
