I am a registered massage therapist with a background in science, having earned my Bachelor of Science from York University before completing the Massage Therapy program at Humber College. Throughout my training, I had the opportunity to work with diverse patient groups, shaping my approach to therapy and ensuring treatments are well-rounded and adaptable to individual needs.
I believe that effective massage therapy is a collaborative effort between the therapist and the patient. Education plays a crucial role in this process, so I make it a priority to explain any problem areas and work together toward your specific goals, whether that’s recovery, injury prevention, or overall wellness.
My treatments emphasize deep tissue techniques, combined with techniques like passive range of motion and stretching, to help you move and feel your best. I specialize in sports massage and working with athletes, but I welcome anyone looking to improve mobility, reduce tension, or simply relax.
I look forward to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals!
