Physiotherapists are experts in addressing issues related to muscles, joints, bones, and ligaments that can lead to discomfort and reduced functionality in our daily lives. We employ a blend of active and passive treatment methods to alleviate pain and enhance your physical well-being. Additionally, we have special interest in pelvic health concerns, with advanced training in this area.

While many individuals primarily associate physiotherapy with injury management, our role encompasses much more. We can assist in adjusting activities, enhancing techniques, optimizing performance, expediting recovery, and implementing preventive measures. So, whether you're dealing with an injury or seeking to improve your overall physical capabilities, physiotherapy offers a comprehensive approach to enhance your well-being.

Pelvic Physiotherapy

Pelvic health physiotherapy involves assessment and treatment of problems that can arise from the pelvic floor or surrounding structures (such as abdominal wall, low back and surgical scars). Research suggests pelvic health physiotherapy as a first line of treatment for pelvic floor dysfunctions and as an alternative to medicine or surgery where indicated.
